Avec plus de 450 collaborateurs, le Groupe, dont le siège social est à Paris, développe des projets dans plus d’une quinzaine de pays dans le monde, en Europe et en Amérique principalement.

Description du poste

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe Trésorerie au sein du département Corporate Finance au siège du groupe.

Vous serez sous la responsabilité directe de la Trésorière Groupe et serez en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Pilotage du TMS (Kyriba) : création et clôture des utilisateurs, gestion des droits, des sociétés et des périmètres. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les SI, avez une appétence pour la technique et êtes capable de paramétrer le TMS (avec l'aide des services IT ou de l'intégrateur si nécessaire).
  • Support aux filiales sur les sujets SI opérationnels (formation des nouveaux utilisateurs, attributions des accès, assistance technique, accompagnement des utilisateurs) Les utilisateurs principaux sont les équipes Finance, RH et les country managers.
  • Gestion de la connectivité bancaire : mise en place des contrats Swiftnet en direct avec les banques (avec l'aide de l'intégrateur en cas complexité particulière).
  • Leadership des projets SI en lien avec la trésorerie avec les équipe Applications & Data (Nouvel outil comptable, nouveaux modules dans le TMS, etc)
  • Mise à jour et fiabilisation des outils de suivi (ERP, Kyriba, Excel), harmonisation.
  • Gestion de la trésorerie sous Kyriba : rapprochement des flux bancaires, suivi des prévisionnels, des positions de trésorerie et équilibrages des comptes
  • Production des reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels en lien avec les BU et les régions du Groupe.

Qualifications

  • Vous parlez impérativement Anglais (Niveau C1), à l’oral et à l’écrit.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +5 en finance & trésorerie. Nous sommes ouverts à tout autre profil académique (BTS/DUT Finance) dès lors que les compétences en trésorerie sont confirmées.
  • Vous avez 3 ans d’expérience (dont 1 an maximum en stage ou alternance).
  • Vous avez déjà travaillé pour une multitude de comptes à suivre, idéalement dans plusieurs pays.
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise d'Excel.

  • Le poste est ouvert au télétravail (3 jours obligatoires sur site et 2 jours de télétravail autorisés)
