Job Description

To articulate and implement on-boarding and off-boarding objective across the Group. Supervise the daily activities of the team including, but not limited to, effective delegation of assignments, providing support, counsel and necessary training as required to deliver on expectations.

• Lead and drive the activities among the team and by assisting, supporting and helping them achieve and execute deliverable within expected timeframe. • Assign a mentor/buddy to assist the new hire in acclimating to the organization. • Review and analyse monthly (Joiners & Leavers) reporting & dashboard. • Monitor monthly turnover of new joiners and leavers. • Ensure cancellation of access, assets handover and EOS Payout is process within the timelines. • Manage onboarding and offboarding of sensitive and confidential recruits and leavers. • Work closely with the payroll team and ensure timely upload onto payroll system. • Co-ordinate a professional, smooth and timely exit process. • Gathering, creating, tracking and maintaining documentation including project plans and status. • Daunlan and standardinn and ne nnnn O Affhandling.

People Management:

• To educate, up-skill and support team members to provide comprehensive, informative and engaging service and advice. • Participate in daily huddle with all the team members. • Ensure high engagement of team members during transformation period serve as mentor / coach for onboarding/offboarding W/noky undate and shanks un with the team. • Enentran tenmumarks and netnhlich relationship.

Product/Process Improvement:

• Contribute to developing and deploying processes and content changes. • To develop two-way approach process to facilitate business needs and requirements. • To optimise and enhance current practice. • Digital transformation of onboarding and offboarding process into HRIS.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

• Preferred Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,.

Knowledge & Skill:

• Good communication and presentation skills. • Professional and positive approach. • Strong organisational ability. • Ability to solve complex problems efficiently. • Effective complaint management. • Handling stressful issues and interfacing with all levels of the business customers in a courteous and professional manner. • Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • High Al af Indanstan dimm af sma - formational -.
