El cargo implica ser referente de los/las adolescentes y jóvenes mediante un cuidado y acompañamiento personalizado, que brinde contención y apoyo en un entorno protector y de desarrollo. Fortalecer sus habilidades sociales y aprendizajes de hábitos saludables de convivencia de las/los participantes, y habilitar espacios de participacion y toma de decisiones, en situaciones que conciernen a sus vidas y a sus procesos de desarrollo individual; potenciando la autonomía.

Requisitos

  • Se valora especialmente la formación en áreas sociales (educador/a, operador/a, y/o recreador/a), comunitarias, pedagógicas, lúdicas, areas de cuidado directo.
  • Experiencia de trabajo en el ámbito sociocomunitario y en contextos de alta vulnerabilidad social.
  • Capacidad de manejo de conflictos, y destacadas habilidades para realizar acompañamiento y dar apoyo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, dinamismo.
  • Disponibilidad horaria: Lunes a viernes de 6:30 a 15:15
  • Residir en Pando o zonas cercanas.
