Proyecto GUAGUA – Aldeas Infantiles SOS Uruguay

Esta busqueda se enmarca en un proyecto orientado a la desinternación de niñas y niños de 0 a 3 años vinculados al sistema de protección especial. Se busca prevenir y erradicar la institucionalización, promoviendo modalidades de cuidado familiar, fortalecimiento de familias de origen, acogimiento familiar en familias amigas, desde un enfoque de derechos, apego seguro y trabajo comunitario. El proyecto se desarrolla en convenio con INAU en el departamento de Canelones, promoviendo un abordaje interdisciplinario orientado al cuidado, la protección y el desarrollo integral en primera infancia.

Principales tareas y funciones del cargo:

• Acompañar y brindar apoyo en las actividades y espacios de atención dirigidos a niñas y niños en primera infancia.

• Participar en instancias de planificación, coordinación y seguimiento junto al equipo interdisciplinario.

• Colaborar en propuestas y actividades orientadas al fortalecimiento familiar y comunitario.

• Participar en talleres, actividades grupales y espacios de sensibilización.

• Promover el cuidado, bienestar y desarrollo integral de niñas y niños, favoreciendo entornos seguros y protectores.

Requisitos

  • Acreditar Enseñanza Secundaria completa.
  • Formación y/o experiencia acreditada en Primera Infancia.
  • Se valorará ser estudiante o poseer título de de MPI, o Educador/a Básico en 0 a 3 años CENFORES, tanto como de Educador/a otorgado por el CIEP (autorizado por el MEC) u otros habilitados por el MEC.
  • Carga horaria: 31hrs semanales.
  • Modalidad presencial en zona Pando, Canelones.
