Descripción del cargo:

  • Participar en la elaboración del Proyecto Pedagógico.
  • Conocer y utilizar el Currículo de 0 a 3 años del MEC, la Guía Metodológica del Programa Educación Inicial y los materiales de Apoyo Pedagógico brindados desde el Plan CAIF.
  • Organizar la Planificación diaria y semanal del grupo a cargo con el maestro/a responsable.
  • Utilizar estrategias metodológicas que faciliten el desarrollo integral de los niños/as, y contribuir a mejorar el bienestar del niño/a.
  • Participar en la planificación de la integración y la participación de las familias.
  • Realizar intervenciones de trabajo en el hogar de los niños/as cuando se considere necesario acordando con el Equipo Técnico.

Requisitos

Requisitos excluyentes:

  • Acreditar Segundo Ciclo de Enseñanza Secundaria completo.
  • Título de Educador/a Básico en 0 a 3 años otorgado por el Centro de Formación y Estudios del INAU (CENFORES) AL 2011, de Educador/a otorgado por el CIEP (autorizado por el MEC) u otros habilitados por el MEC.
  • Formación y/o experiencia acreditada en Primera Infancia.
  • Disponibilidad horaria: 40 horas semanales (8 horas diarias)
