Buscamos uma pessoa Desenvolvedora Full Stack Pleno para fazer parte do nosso time de Developer Experience (DevEx), contribuindo na construção e evolução de produtos internos que tornam a jornada dos times de tecnologia mais simples, produtiva e automatizada.

Você atuará em iniciativas envolvendo Internal Developer Platform, automação do SDLC, autosserviço, integrações e inteligência artificial aplicada à engenharia de software, trabalhando próximo aos times de desenvolvimento para transformar necessidades reais em soluções escaláveis e reutilizáveis.

Como será o seu dia a dia?

Desenvolver e evoluir aplicações utilizando Java, Spring Boot, React e TypeScript; Construir e consumir APIs REST e integrações entre sistemas; Desenvolver novas funcionalidades e integrações para nosso Internal Developer Portal (IDP); Criar automações que simplifiquem etapas do ciclo de desenvolvimento de software (SDLC); Participar da construção de soluções utilizando IA generativa e LLMs; Desenvolver integrações utilizando conceitos como MCP (Model Context Protocol) e RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation); Integrar aplicações com ferramentas de engenharia, APIs corporativas e serviços em cloud; Criar e manter testes automatizados, garantindo qualidade e confiabilidade das entregas; Trabalhar próximo aos times de engenharia para identificar oportunidades de automação e autosserviço; Contribuir com documentação e melhoria contínua dos produtos da plataforma.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

Experiência com desenvolvimento Java e Spring Boot; Experiência no desenvolvimento e consumo de APIs REST; Conhecimento em desenvolvimento Front-end com React, TypeScript ou JavaScript; Conhecimento sobre testes unitários e testes de integração; Conhecimento de princípios de Clean Code e boas práticas de desenvolvimento; Conhecimento de CI/CD e conceitos do ciclo de desenvolvimento de software; Conhecimento de containers, especialmente Docker; Conhecimento básico de Cloud Computing; Interesse ou conhecimento em IA generativa e integração com LLMs;

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

Noções de arquitetura de software, microsserviços e sistemas distribuídos; Experiência com Backstage ou Internal Developer Portal; Conhecimento de AWS; Conhecimento de Kubernetes/EKS; Experiência com Azure DevOps e automação de pipelines; Conhecimento de arquiteturas orientadas a eventos e mensageria; Experiência ou estudos com MCP; Interesse por Developer Experience, Platform Engineering.
