Como será o seu dia a dia?

  • Conduzir a revisão do modelo de go-to-market, propondo melhorias estruturais no modelo comercial.
  • Liderar a gestão de performance e planejamento comercial, incluindo definição de metas e dimensionamento de carteira, garantindo alinhamento com estratégia e rentabilidade.
  • Revisar e implementar modelos de incentivos e remuneração variável de forma clara e eficaz.
  • Atuar como ponto de conexão entre áreas (comercial, BU’s, financeiro), garantindo ritmo (pace) e execução das entregas.
  • Apoiar decisões estratégicas com base em leitura financeira e análise de resultados.
  • Influenciar e alinhar stakeholders sêniores, incluindo diretores de BU e liderança comercial.
  • Liderar e desenvolver o time, garantindo engajamento, maturidade e alta performance.
  • Atuar em iniciativas de transformação e ganho de eficiência organizacional.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Experiência consolidada em gestão de performance, metas e rentabilidade.
  • Forte visão estratégica de negócios, com capacidade de traduzir estratégia em execução.
  • Sólida compreensão financeira, aplicada a relações comerciais e tomada de decisão.
  • Experiência em liderança de times e gestão de stakeholders sêniores.
  • Vivência em projetos de transformação organizacional/comercial.
  • Capacidade de influência e interlocução com diferentes níveis de senioridade, incluindo diretoria.
  • Perfil com alta energia para mobilização, execução e ritmo de entregas.
  • Resiliência emocional e maturidade para lidar com contextos de conflito e divergência.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

  • Experiência em ambientes B2B.
  • Vivência em serviços financeiros, bancos, soluções de tecnologia ou serviços a RH.
  • Experiência prévia com estruturação ou evolução de canais comerciais complexos.
  • Background em áreas comerciais ou relacionamento com clientes.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM (ex: Salesforce).
