Como será o seu dia a dia?

  • Atuar na comercialização do portfólio de soluções Alelo, com foco no Rio de Janeiro
  • Desenvolver e executar estratégias comerciais para alcançar e superar as metas de vendas estabelecidas.
  • Gerenciar e expandir uma carteira de clientes de grande porte, com foco em adquirência e relacionamento estratégico.
  • Planejar e realizar visitas presenciais, fortalecendo o relacionamento e identificando oportunidades de negócios.
  • Acompanhar e atualizar constantemente o funil de vendas por meio do CRM, garantindo previsibilidade e eficiência na gestão comercial.
  • Conduzir todo o ciclo de vendas, desde a prospecção até o pós-venda, assegurando a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes.
  • Trabalhar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas da empresa, contribuindo para a construção de soluções alinhadas às necessidades dos clientes.
  • Atuar de maneira consultiva e personalizada, proporcionando a melhor experiência e orientação aos clientes.
  • Conduzir negociações de alta complexidade, com foco na geração de valor, rentabilidade e fechamento de negócios estratégicos.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Disponibilidade para viagens;
  • Superior Completo;
  • Experiência na área comercial e negociações de alta complexidade;
  • Pacote Office Intermediário – Desejável conhecimento avançado em Excel;
  • Veículo próprio para atividade de trabalho
  • Residir em São Paulo
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em São Paulo
