Deine Aufgaben

Data & AI sind Dein Zuhause? Deine neue Herausforderung gestaltet sich wie folgt:

  • Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung skalierbarer Data & AI Plattformen mit Technologien wie Azure, Databricks oder Snowflake nach gängigen Architekturprinzipien wie z.B. Data Lakehouse
  • Entwicklung, Automatisierung und Optimierung von Data Pipelines (ETL/ELT) mit Python und SQL unter Verwendung von Frameworks wie Spark oder Polars
  • Entwicklung LLM-basierter Anwendungen (z.B. RAG-Systeme) für konkrete Geschäftsanforderungen
  • Entwicklung und Integration von AI Agents zur Automatisierung komplexer Prozesse
  • Entwicklung, Integration und Produktivsetzung von Machine-Learning-Modellen
  • Möglichkeit zur Mitarbeit an weiteren vielfältigen technischen Themen, beispielsweise Cloud- und Infrastruktur, DevOps, API-, Frontend- und UI-Entwicklung
  • Beratung und Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden

Dein Profil

Data & AI sind auch in Deiner DNA? Das solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Software Engineer, Software Developer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist oder in einem ähnlichen Berufsfeld
  • Sehr gute Python- und SQL-Kenntnisse
  • Starke schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien, idealerweise Azure oder AWS
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit modernen Data & AI Plattformen, idealerweise Databricks oder Snowflake
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Machine Learning oder LLM-basierten Anwendungen
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Spark
  • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in Git, CI/CD (z. B. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) sowie Docker und/oder Kubernetes
  • Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen einer Consulting-Tätigkeit
