Buscamos uma pessoa para coordenar Projetos, Processos e Resultados no Departamento deProgramação Artística e Entretenimento do Grupo Alife Nino.

A pessoa será responsável por estruturar e gerir os processos, fluxos contratuais / financeiros e apuração de resultados da área de Programação Artística e Entretenimento do Grupo, atuando deforma cross entre as verticais de Bares e Restaurantes.

Buscamos um perfil híbrido: vivência real na indústria de entretenimento e música - entendendo como a área funciona na prática, seus fornecedores, contratos e dinâmicas - aliada a uma gestão forte, estruturada e orientada a processos, indicadores e resultado.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Estruturar e gerir os processos, fluxos e rotinas administrativas e financeiras da área deProgramação Artística e Entretenimento.
  • Apurar e consolidar resultados da programação artística e dos Projetos Especiais: faturamento, custos, ROI e resultado líquido - o DRE completo.
  • Construir planos de ação a partir dos resultados apurados, em conjunto com a outra liderança artística/curatorial da área.
  • Gerir orçamento, contratos com fornecedores, artistas, parceiros e patrocinadores (parte administrativa e financeira das negociações) junto com um time de 1 assistente e 1 jovem aprendiz.
  • Dar suporte de gestão ao time de promoters e à produção executiva dos Projetos Especiais, acompanhando cumprimento de processos e prazos.
  • Ser o elo entre a área de Produção Artística e as áreas de operação, gestão, financeira e jurídica do Grupo.

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia em produção, gestão ou back office dentro da indústria de entretenimento, música, eventos ou casas noturnas/bares. Não será considerado perfil puramente dePMO/gestão de projetos sem vivência no setor.
  • Gestão forte: processos, orçamento, fluxo financeiro e gestão de fornecedores/contratos.
  • Visão de negócio e de números: leitura de ROI, resultado líquido e indicadores de performance.
  • Organização, autonomia e perfil estruturador - alta capacidade de criar e implementar processos onde ainda não existe.
  • Perfil sênior
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 4 vezes presencial na semana, na região da Oscar Freire

Formato de Trabalho:

  • Híbrido (1 dia de home office, restante no escritório e/ou nas operações)
  • Horário normal de 9h às 19h (com flexibilidade para iniciar mais tarde em dias que ficar na operação até mais tarde)
