Als Allgeier inovar bieten wir ein ganzheitliches Software-Portfolio für den Mittelstand: Allgeier Commerce für den Online-Handel, unsere ANALYTICS.Suite für datenbasiertes Arbeiten sowie Portale & Apps wie Kundenportal, Order App und Service App für Vertrieb und Service. Jede Lösung funktioniert eigenständig, lässt sich aber nahtlos mit ERP-Systemen wie Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central verbinden.

In unserem Vertriebsteam begleitest Du Kunden von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Vertragsabschluss - über unser gesamtes Portfolio hinweg. Statt Standardsoftware von der Stange berätst Du Unternehmen dazu, welche Bausteine wirklich zu ihren Anforderungen passen.

Kurze Entscheidungswege und offene Zusammenarbeit sind uns wichtiger als starre Strukturen.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Akquise und Qualifizierung von Neukunden für unser gesamtes Lösungsportfolio
  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des Sales-Cycles - von Lead bis Abschluss
  • Cross- und Upselling über unsere Produktlinien hinweg
  • Erstellung und Verhandlung von Angeboten und Verträgen
  • Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Consulting, Entwicklung und Projektteams
  • Repräsentation auf Kundenterminen und Messen

Dein Background

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Softwarelösungen, idealerweise im Bereich E-Commerce, ERP oder Analytics
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Abschlussstärke sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Strukturierte, zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams und Kunden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse aus Großhandel, Fertigung oder Baustoffhandel sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
