Als Support Mitarbeiter:in bist du Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Störungen rund um metasonic® - auch wenn eine tiefere technische Analyse gefragt ist. Du behältst Systeme, Schnittstellen und Prozesse im Blick, findest Lösungen und sorgst für verlässliche Prozesse bei unseren Kunden.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Ticketbearbeitung: Du nimmst Support-Tickets entgegen, klassifizierst sie und übernimmst auch Anfragen, die eine tiefere technische Analyse erfordern.
  • Kommunikation und Fehleranalyse: Du tauschst dich mit Kunden aus, reproduzierst gemeldete Fehler und analysierst Probleme systematisch – von der Datenbank über die Serverumgebung bis hin zu unserer eigenen Applikation.
  • Betrieb von Applikationen: Du unterstützt beim Betrieb von metasonic® auf Serverlandschaften, inklusive Windows Server, IIS und grundlegender Netzwerkinfrastruktur.
  • Daten und Schnittstellen: Du arbeitest mit gängigen Datenstrukturen wie JSON oder XML und übernimmst einfache Scripting-Aufgaben.
  • Dokumentation und Teamarbeit: Du hältst Lösungswege fest und stimmst dich eng mit Kolleg:innen aus Entwicklung und Consulting ab.

Dein Background

  • Erfahrung mit Datenbanken (MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Erste Java-Kenntnisse (Junior-Level)
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb von Applikationen auf Serverlandschaften
  • Kenntnisse in Windows Server und IIS
  • Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerkinfrastruktur und IT-Sicherheit
  • Scripting-Grundkenntnisse und Umgang mit Datenstrukturen (z. B. JSON, XML)
  • Strukturierte, analytische Fehleranalyse
  • Kommunikationsstärke gegenüber Kunden und internen Teams
  • Sorgfalt bei der Dokumentation
  • Belastbarkeit und ein gutes Gespür für Priorisierung unter Zeitdruck
  • Fähigkeit, Zusammenhänge zwischen verschiedenen Systemen und Prozessen zu erkennen
  • Fähigkeit, Geschäftsabläufe ganzheitlich zu betrachten
  • Verständnis von Prozessketten/Workflows und Abhängigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
