Wir sind Allgeier Inovar - ein etablierter IT-Dienstleister und Teil der Allgeier-Gruppe. Seit über 40 Jahren begleiten wir Unternehmen bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse und unterstützen sie mit modernen Softwarelösungen - unter anderem im Bereich Enterprise Content Management (ECM).

Als Mitarbeiter/in im Telesales bist du ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Vertriebsteams und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Ansprache und Qualifizierung neuer Geschäftskontakte. Du führst professionelle Erstgespräche, erkennst Potenziale und legst die Grundlage für erfolgreiche Kundenbeziehungen.

Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Vertrieb und der Bereichsleitung zusammen und trägst aktiv zum weiteren Wachstum unseres Unternehmens bei.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du vermarktest unsere ECM-Lösung metasonic® - telefonisch, im Innendienst
  • Du sprichst neue Kontakte aus bestehenden Listen an und gewinnst sie für uns
  • Du generierst qualifizierte Leads durch Gespräche, die wirklich ankommen
  • Du erkennst, wo echter Bedarf besteht, und baust erste Beziehungen auf
  • Du hältst alles sauber in unserem CRM fest - für dich und den Vertrieb
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit Vertrieb und Bereichsleitung ab
  • Du trägst direkt dazu bei, dass unser Kundenportfolio wächst

Dein Background

  • Erfahrung im Telefonvertrieb, Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Leadgenerierung - B2B ist ein Plus
  • Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und bist am Telefon in deinem Element
  • Du bringst Dinge klar auf den Punkt und hast ein Gespür fürs Gespräch
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig
  • CRM-Systeme und digitale Tools sind für dich kein Neuland

Nice to have:

  • Erfahrung im ECM-Umfeld oder im Vertrieb von IT-/Softwarelösungen
