Ben jij een adviseur die zowel richting kan geven aan complexe verzuimvraagstukken als mee wil bouwen aan preventie en vitaliteit?

Waar ga je werken?

Je maakt deel uit van het team Inzetbaarheid en verzuim, waar verzuimadviseurs, verzuimspecialisten en werkvermogenscoaches samenwerken aan een gezonde en toekomstbestendige organisatie. Samen ondersteunen jullie leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij vraagstukken rondom verzuim, re-integratie, preventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid.

Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben je de specialist en sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden op het gebied van verzuim, re-integratie en duurzame inzetbaarheid. De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij verzuim-, re-integratie- en inzetbaarheidsvraagstukken
  • Regie voeren op complexe verzuimdossiers en toezien op een correcte uitvoering van de Wet verbetering poortwachter
  • Coachen en begeleiden van leidinggevenden vanuit jouw expertise
  • Signaleren van ontwikkelingen, risico's en kansen op het gebied van verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid
  • Initiëren en ondersteunen van projecten en activiteiten die bijdragen aan vitaliteit, preventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid.

Wie ben jij?

Jij kijkt verder dan alleen verzuim. Met jouw deskundigheid, coachende stijl en proactieve houding help je leidinggevenden en medewerkers om te werken aan duurzame inzetbaarheid en gezonde werkhervatting. Verder beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in HRM, arbeid & gezondheid of een vergelijkbare richting
  • Bij voorkeur een afgeronde opleiding Casemanager Regie op Verzuim (CROV) of bereid om deze te volgen
  • Kennis van verzuimbegeleiding, re-integratie en relevante wet- en regelgeving
  • Ervaring in een adviserende rol rondom verzuim, inzetbaarheid of duurzame inzetbaarheid
  • Een stevige, zelfstandige persoonlijkheid met goede coachende en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Het vermogen om verschillende belangen te verbinden en mensen in beweging te krijgen
  • Een proactieve blik waarbij je niet alleen kijkt naar verzuim, maar vooral naar mogelijkheden om inzetbaarheid te versterken.

Wat krijg je van ons? We hebben veel aandacht voor jouw persoonlijke en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling. Daarom kun je o.a. gebruik maken van de online leeromgeving van GoodHabitz, waarin je ruime keuze hebt uit diverse online trainingen. Daarnaast ontvang je:

  • Een goed salaris van max. € 5.304,00 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur. De inschaling is afhankelijk van ervaring (FWG 55 conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg)
  • Direct een vast contract bij Alliade voor 28 tot 36 uur
  • Naast vakantietoeslag ontvang je een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%
  • Een passende reiskostenvergoeding, reizen met het ov wordt volledig vergoed
