Zet jouw creativiteit als beeldend therapeut in om cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking te ondersteunen in hun groei en ontwikkeling binnen een deskundig team.

Waar ga je werken?

Je komt te werken op de polikliniek van Alliade, onderdeel van de centrale behandeldienst. De poli biedt een divers aanbod van diagnostiek en behandeling aan kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen met een (licht) verstandelijke beperking, vaak in combinatie met bijkomende problematiek. Binnen dit multidisciplinaire team wordt onder andere spel- en dramatherapie aangeboden, met een duidelijke focus op ontwikkeling.

De samenwerking binnen het team is gericht op zowel de kwaliteit van zorg als de professionele ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Er is aandacht voor persoonlijke omstandigheden en een sterke onderlinge betrokkenheid tussen de locaties in Drachten en Leeuwarden. Voor deze functie is Drachten jouw vaste standplaats. De poli is toegankelijk voor cliënten binnen én buiten Alliade en kenmerkt zich door een open en veilig werkklimaat, waarin medewerkers zich gehoord en gewaardeerd voelen.

Wat ga je doen? Als beeldend therapeut geef je zelfstandig therapie aan cliënten binnen de kaders van het behandelplan. Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en evalueert behandelingen die afgestemd zijn op het niveau, de interesses en de mogelijkheden van de cliënt. Je werkt daarbij op creatieve en interactieve wijze, met oog voor maatwerk.

Je hebt een actieve rol in het afstemmen van de behandeling met de gedragswetenschapper, het cliëntsysteem en andere betrokken disciplines. Binnen het team heerst een collegiale sfeer, met ruimte voor informele ontmoetingen tijdens bijvoorbeeld de gezamenlijke lunch. Samenwerking en elkaar ondersteunen zijn vanzelfsprekend. Dit draagt bij aan een stimulerende werkomgeving waarin zowel cliënten als medewerkers tot hun recht komen.

Wie ben jij?

Wij zoeken een collega die open en benaderbaar is, met aantoonbare affiniteit of ervaring met onze doelgroep. Daarnaast vragen wij: • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Vaktherapie • Een geldige registratie bij de FVB (Federatie Vaktherapeutische Beroepen) • Een AGB-code of bereidheid deze aan te vragen (ondersteuning hierin wordt geboden).

Daarnaast ontvang je: • Een goed salaris van max. € 5.304,00 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur.
