Durch pharmazeutische Innovation und ein starkes Engagement für globale Partnerschaften im Gesundheitswesen setzen wir uns für die Bereitstellung von Hilfsmitteln, Wissen und Wissenschaft ein, um die Gesundheit von Patient:innen weltweit zu verbessern. Wir erforschen, entwickeln, produzieren und vermarkten unsere eigenen Medikamente sowie ein Portfolio von lizenzierten Produkten, die auf die Bedürfnisse verschiedener Therapiebereiche zugeschnitten sind. Heute zählen wir knapp 2000 Mitarbeitende und haben ein Portfolio von über 100 Produkten in mehr als 90 Ländern.

In Deutschland haben wir ein klares Mandat daraus abgeleitet, medizinisches Fachpersonal noch besser in die Lage zu versetzen, Patienten bestmöglich zu versorgen und uns als „One-Stop-Shop“ in der Dermatologie zu positionieren. Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unsere Business Unit Dermatologie einen Facharztaußendienst Dermatologie (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Biologika für verschiedene Gebiete.

Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten

  • Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich Dermatologie zu niedergelassenen Fachärzt:innen und Kliniken
  • Professionelle Betreuung der definierten Zielkund:innen
  • Ableiten einer kundenspezifische Mehrwertstrategie
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung der Kundenpläne und kundenspezifischen Maßnahmen
  • Durchführung von wissenschaftlichen Fortbildungen im Rahmen der gültigen gesetzlichen Anforderungen (HWG / AKG Kodex)
  • Teilnahme an Kongressen
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung eigener Konzepte zur Verkaufsförderung und Kundenpflege in krossfunktionaler Abstimmung und unter Ableitung der Firmenstrategie
  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung der vereinbarten Sales-Ziele unter Beachtung des Kostenbudgets sowie der Compliance Richtlinien

Ausbildung

  • Qualifikation nach § 75 AMG: geprüfte/-r Pharmareferent/-in, einschlägiger naturwissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss gewünscht

Erfahrung

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im pharmazeutischen Praxis- und Klinik-Außendienst (Facharztbetreuung)
  • Erfahrung im Therapiegebiet der Biologika innerhalb der Dermatologie und/oder als KAM im Facharztaußendienst

Spezielle Kenntnisse

  • Marktkenntnisse und nachweisbare Erfolge im Pharmaaußendienst
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Ausgeprägtes Verkaufstalent, sichere Argumentationsfähigkeit gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, sich und andere zu begeistern
  • Kenntnis und Anwendung von Omnichannel Verkaufsstrategien
  • Wohnsitz im Einzugsgebiet
