Buscamos un/a Master Data Specialist que lidere la gestión y gobernanza de los datos maestros de nuestras operaciones farmacéuticas y químicas, asegurando la calidad, consistencia y disponibilidad de la información clave que soporta la planificación, producción y toma de decisiones del negocio.

En este rol actuarás como punto de conexión entre Operaciones, Quality Assurance y Finanzas, coordinando procesos críticos y contribuyendo al rendimiento y la eficiencia de nuestras plantas industriales.

Tu misión

Garantizar una gestión eficiente, precisa y sostenible de los datos maestros de nuestras operaciones industriales, liderando su creación, mantenimiento y mejora continua, y asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos, regulatorios y de calidad.

¿Cuál será tu impacto?

  • Liderar la creación, mantenimiento y mejora de los datos maestros en SAP, SLM y otros sistemas asociados.
  • Coordinar con los equipos de Operaciones, Quality Assurance y Finanzas la creación de materiales, productos y estructuras productivas necesarias para la fabricación.
  • Gestionar listas de materiales (BOMs), hojas de ruta, recursos productivos y versiones de fabricación.
  • Asegurar la calidad, integridad y consistencia de los datos maestros a lo largo de todo su ciclo de vida.
  • Participar en procesos clave de planificación financiera, product costing y presupuestación anual.
  • Liderar la gestión de datos maestros vinculados a los sistemas de serialización farmacéutica.
  • Actuar como Key User de SAP y de los sistemas de serialización, impulsando la excelencia operativa y la mejora continua.
  • Identificar oportunidades de simplificación, digitalización y optimización de procesos.
  • Colaborar activamente en iniciativas Lean y proyectos de transformación dentro de Industrial Operations.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares GMP/GxP, seguridad, medio ambiente y calidad aplicables.

¿Qué buscamos?

Formación y experiencia

  • Grado universitario en Ingeniería, Ciencias o disciplinas afines.
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de datos maestros (Master Data), preferiblemente en entorno farmacéutico o industrial.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de SAP.
  • Conocimientos de serialización farmacéutica.
  • Familiaridad con entornos regulados (GxP).
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés.
  • Se valorará experiencia en metodologías Lean y mejora continua.
