Für unseren Bereich Operations am Standort Reinbek suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Operator (w/m/d) PET / Produktionsmitarbeitenden (w/m/d).

Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten

  • Bedienung der Füll- und Verpackungsanlagen für Liquida und halbfeste Formen unter Berücksichtigung der GMP-Regeln
  • Bestücken der Linie mit den Verpackungsmaterialien
  • Durchführung von Inprozess-Kontrollen und deren Dokumentation
  • Dokumentation der Arbeiten in Herstellprotokollen und im Betriebsdatenerfassungs-System gemäß GMP
  • Bilanzierung der eingesetzten Materialien
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation der Start- und Endchecks
  • Koordination der Ver- und Entsorgung mit der Logistik
  • Manuelle Bearbeitung von Verpackungsaufträgen wie Kleinstaufträge, Umarbeitungen und Kontrollarbeiten

Ausbildung

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im gewerblichen oder technischen Bereich

Erfahrung

  • Erfahrungen in der Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Erfahrung in der GMP gerechten Reinigung von Behältern und Geräten
  • gute SAP-Kenntnisse

  • Selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit, Pünktlichkeit
