The Pharmacies Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s product portfolio to pharmacies within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building strong commercial relationships, increasing product visibility, and driving sell-out performance through tailored strategies and in-store support.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote and sell products to pharmacies, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
  • Implement point-of-sale (POS) strategies and promotional activities to boost product visibility.
  • Provide product training and support to pharmacy teams.
  • Monitor sell-out data, stock levels, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure proper placement and visibility of products and promotional materials.
  • Report field activity, insights, and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to align local execution with national campaigns.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a field-based sales or commercial role, preferably within healthcare, FMCG, retail or other customer-facing industries.
  • Experience in the pharmacy channel is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify business opportunities.
