The posting

Buscamos un/a Delegado/a Comercial de Prescripción Médica para la zona de Murcia, responsable de la promoción y posicionamiento de nuestro portfolio de fármacos ante médicos de Atención Primaria y especialistas en Cardiología, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, cuota de mercado y excelencia en la visita médica.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Realizar la visita médica a profesionales de Atención Primaria y Cardiología según el plan de trabajo establecido.
  • Promocionar eficazmente el portfolio de productos asignado, transmitiendo mensajes científicos y comerciales alineados con la estrategia de la compañía.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar su territorio, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y optimizando la cobertura médica.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas y de confianza con los profesionales sanitarios.
  • Analizar datos de mercado, prescripción y competencia para adaptar la estrategia en su zona.
  • Ejecutar planes de acción territoriales y campañas promocionales.
  • Reportar la actividad diaria a través de herramientas CRM y cumplir con los indicadores de desempeño (KPI).
  • Participar en reuniones de equipo, formaciones y eventos científicos.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento del código ético, normativas internas y legislación vigente.

Requisitos

  • Formación universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud, Ciencias de la Vida, ADE o similar.
  • Experiencia previa como delegado/a de visita médica (valorable experiencia en Cardiología o Atención Primaria).
  • Conocimiento del entorno sanitario y del proceso de prescripción médica.
  • Residencia en la zona de Murcia o disponibilidad para desplazarse por el territorio.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales y CRM.
  • Carnet de conducir en vigor.
