Dein Beitrag

Als Werkstudent Data Science (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Team dabei, Daten in wertvolle Erkenntnisse zu verwandeln und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen. Du sammelst praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Datenanalyse, Visualisierung und Data Science und arbeitest aktiv an kommerziellen sowie businessrelevanten Analyseprojekten mit. Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Data Scientists und verschiedenen Fachbereichen trägst du dazu bei, datengetriebene Lösungen zu entwickeln und nachhaltigen Geschäftserfolg zu unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Erhebung, Aufbereitung, Validierung und Analyse von Geschäfts- und Vertriebsdaten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Datenmodellen, Dashboards und Reports zur Unterstützung datenbasierter Entscheidungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von aussagekräftigen Datenvisualisierungen mit modernen Analysetools
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und dem Testen von Prognosemodellen sowie analytischen Lösungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zur Identifikation von Anforderungen und deren Übersetzung in analytische Fragestellungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen für interne Stakeholder
  • Durchführung von Datenqualitätsprüfungen sowie Unterstützung bei Data-Governance-Aktivitäten
  • Recherche zu neuen Methoden, Technologien und Best Practices in den Bereichen Data Science und Künstliche Intelligenz
  • Unterstützung laufender nationaler und internationaler Data-Science-Projekte

Das bringst du mit

  • Studium der Data Science, Statistik, Mathematik, Informatik, Business Analytics, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in Datenanalyse oder Data Science, z. B. durch Praktika, Hochschul- oder eigene Projekte
  • Grundkenntnisse in Statistik, Datenmanagement und Datenvisualisierung
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Python, R oder SQL
  • Kenntnisse in Power BI, Tableau oder ähnlichen Tools sind von Vorteil
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und gute Englischkenntnisse
