Sa terrasse plein Sud donnant sur la piste Bellecôte, son espace détente et son restaurant gastronomique offrent des expériences exceptionnelles.

Pour la saison d’hiver 2026/2027, Le Carlina est à la recherche d’un Agent de Réservation (F/H) !

Vous assurerez toutes les opérations se rapportant aux réservations groupes dans le respect de la politique commerciale en vigueur.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Réceptionner et traiter les demandes de réservations de nos hôtels d’été et d’hiver (tél, mail, centrale de réservation…) et principalement les demandes séminaires et groupes.
  • Développer un argumentaire de vente pour concrétiser les réservations.
  • Savoir optimiser le planning d’occupation
  • Être un support des équipes dans les hôtels pour le suivi des dossiers
  • Respecter les procédures en vigueur
  • Etablir des factures et proformas, assurer les relances des paiements et la conformité des encaissements, suivre les dossiers clients / dossiers groupes
  • Suivre quotidiennement l’état de la caisse du service réservations
  • Assurer un accueil téléphonique personnalisé pour répondre aux demandes des clients
  • Répondre dans les meilleurs délais aux demandes des clients pour leur satisfaction

Profil:

  • Vous avez au minimum une expérience réussie dans un établissement de standing similaire
  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et une 3ème langue est un plus
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur
