Stellenbeschreibung

  • Kontaktaufnahme und Nachverfolgung der vom Marketingteam generierten Leads.
  • Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse und Angebot der Produkte, die am besten zu ihnen passen, sowie Pflege des CRM-Systems (Salesforce).
  • Kundenbetreuung bis zur Buchung des Programms und Übergabe an das Customer-ServiceTeam.

Qualifikationen

  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise. (Keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich).
  • Wohnsitz in oder in der Nähe von Barcelona.

Zusätzliche Informationen

  • Das Vergütungspaket besteht aus einem Grundgehalt plus Provisionen, mit einem durchschnittlichen Mindestjahresgehalt von 30.000 € brutto.
  • Die Arbeitszeiten sind von 10:00 bis 19:00 Uhr, Montag bis Samstag (mit rotierendem Wochenendplan).
