Alpadia Language Schools - Kaplan International Languages - organisiert Sprachaufenthalte in der Schweiz, Frankreich und Deutschland in insgesamt vier Schulen für Erwachsene und vierzehn Kurszentren für Kinder und Jugendliche, an denen Französisch-, Deutsch-, Italienisch- und Englischkurse angeboten werden. Unser University & Career Pathway Programm ist konzipiert für internationale InteressentInnen die ein Studium oder eine Karriere in Deutschland anstreben. Das Programm bietet internationalen BewerberInnen und Fachkräften durch intensive Betreuung und Coaching den Zugang zum deutschen Hochschulsystem oder Arbeitsmarkt und begleitet und unterstützt sie auf ihrem Weg bei der Erlangung der erforderlichen Sprachkenntnisse.

Stellenbeschreibung

Du wirst sehr eng mit dem Head of Pathways aber auch mit unserem Vertrieb, Marketing und Customer Care Team zusammenarbeiten. Du bist zuständig für verschiedenste Aufgaben der Abteilung Pathways Germany wie die Durchführung von Bewerbungen internationaler StudieninteressentInnen, die Betreuung unserer SchülerInnen während ihres studienvorbereitenden Sprachkurses, die Unterstützung bei Visumsanträgen und die Optimierung des Customer Journeys. Außerdem bist Du zuständig für die Sicherstellung der Servicequalität und die Kommunikation mit internen sowie externen Partnern. Weitere Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Erstellung eines personalisierten Zeitplanes für die Aufnahme eines Studiums oder einer Arbeitsstelle in Deutschland
  • Intensive Betreuung der SchülerInnen vor Ort, Unterstützung bei der Visumbeantragung und Durchführung der Bewerbungen für die Universität
  • Austausch mit unserem globalen Verkaufs- und Buchungsteam sowie mit internationalen Agenturen
  • Training des Sales-Teams bzgl. der Pathways Produkte
  • Mitarbeit bei Alpadia Projekten, Update der Materialien für KursteilnehmerInnen und Partner

Qualifikationen

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Bewerbungsprozessen im Hochschulwesen und Kundenbetreuung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Hilfsbereitschaft und Engagement
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung und Erfahrung mit CRM wünschenswert
  • Fähigkeit sowohl zu selbstständiger Arbeit als auch zur Teamarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Level C1)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Internet und Teams
