Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Personalbereich gesammelt und möchtest nicht nur verwalten, sondern gestalten?

Du kennst die Bereiche, bist vor Ort präsent und sorgst gemeinsam mit den Führungskräften dafür, neue Kolleginnen und Kollegen gut eingearbeitet und alle gesund gehalten werden. Dich erwartet ein Unternehmen im Wachstum, ein engagiertes HR-Team und viel Raum, Dinge aktiv voranzutreiben.

• Beratung der Führungskräfte: Du bist Ansprechpartner für alle Führungskräfte – mit Schwerpunkt auf die Bereichs- und Schichtleitungen in der Produktion. Du berätst sie in allen personellen Fragen.

• Personalbedarf und Auswahl: Gemeinsam mit den Führungskräften klärst du den Bedarf je Anlage, Bereich und Abteilung. Du stimmst dich eng mit dem Recruiting ab, damit die richtigen Menschen an Bord kommen.

• Gesundheitsmanagement: Du setzt mit den Führungskräften unser Gesundheitsmanagement Konzept um und coachst sie in der Gesprächsführung. So entsteht eine Kultur, in der Wertschätzung und Verbindlichkeit zusammengehen.

• Kennzahlen und Maßnahmen: Monatlich bereitest du die wichtigsten HR-Kennzahlen je Bereich auf – Krankenquote, Fluktuation, offene Stellen – und besprichst sie mit den Führungskräften. Daraus leitest du konkrete Maßnahmen ab und verfolgst sie nach.

• Einarbeitung und Bindung: Du entwickelst die Einarbeitung gemeinsam mit den Führungskräften weiter, führst und wertest Exit-Interviews aus und bringst dich in HR-Projekte ein.

Die perfekte Ergänzung für uns

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner oder Personalreferent in einem produzierenden Unternehmen mit Schichtbetrieb

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen und Excel. Erfahrungen im Umgang mit HR-Systemen, insbesondere Personio wäre vorteilhaft

• Persönlichkeit mit Präsenz, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke, die auf allen Ebenen den richtigen Ton findet

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
