Du bist technisch versiert, packst gerne selbst mit an und hast Spaß daran, mit guten Ideen Lösungen für praktische und technische Herausforderungen zu finden? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams! Als Techniker (m/w/d) arbeitest du eng mit unseren Projekt- und Prozessingenieuren zusammen. Du arbeitest eigenständig technische Aufgaben direkt an unseren Produktionsanlagen ab und unterstützt ebenso bei der Recherce, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse. Bei uns erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche Mischung aus Werkstatt, Produktion, technischer Analyse und “hands on Umsetzung” mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen.

  • Du unterstützt unsere Projekt- und Prozessingenieure bei technischen Themen, Prozessoptimierungen und der Umsetzung neuer Ideen.
  • Du führst praktische Arbeiten an allen Maschinen und Anlagen durch, beispielsweise Anpassungen, Montagen, Umbauten und Versuchsaufbauten.
  • Du begleitest Produktionsversuche, Tests und Inbetriebnahmen und hältst Ergebnisse sowie Auffälligkeiten nachvollziehbar fest.
  • Du recherchierst technische Lösungen, Komponenten, Werkzeuge und Ersatzteile und vergleichst geeignete Optionen und Anbieter.
  • Du analysierst gemeinsam mit dem Team technische Probleme und unterstützt bei der Suche nach Ursachen und passenden Lösungen.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen, Arbeitsunterlagen, Auswertungen und einfache Präsentationen.
  • Du stimmst dich mit Produktion, Instandhaltung, Qualitätssicherung und externen Dienstleistern ab und unterstützt dort, wo technische Hilfe benötigt wird.
  • Du übernimmst eigenständig kleinere Aufgaben und bringst eigene Verbesserungsvorschläge ein.

Die perfekte Ergänzung für uns

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Elektroniker oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf. Eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker ist willkommen, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
  • Du arbeitest gerne praktisch und hast zugleich Interesse daran, technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und Informationen systematisch zu recherchieren.
  • Du kannst technische Probleme strukturiert angehen, Lösungen ausprobieren und Ergebnisse verständlich dokumentieren.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert und bist gerne Teil eines Teams.
  • Du bist offen für abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben und kannst dich flexibel auf neue Themen einstellen.
  • Du gehst sicher mit dem Computer um; Kenntnisse in MS Office sind von Vorteil.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
