Nos encontramos en búsqueda de nuestro/a próximo/a Analista Jr. de Seguridad e Higiene (Temporal) quien será responsable de apoyar la gestión preventiva de Seguridad e Higiene en las operaciones de Argentina y Uruguay, acompañando a las tiendas en el cumplimiento de los lineamientos internos y requisitos legales. Tendrá un rol cercano a la operación, participando en visitas, inspecciones, capacitaciones y seguimiento de acciones preventivas, contribuyendo a generar espacios de trabajo cada vez más seguros para todos. 🌟 Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar visitas e inspecciones preventivas en tiendas y dar seguimiento a los hallazgos.
  • Apoyar la investigación de incidentes y la implementación de acciones correctivas y campañas de prevención.
  • Mantener actualizada la documentación legal y preventiva, realizando seguimiento a vencimientos, certificaciones, mediciones e inspecciones.
  • Coordinar capacitaciones, procedimientos e instructivos relacionados con Seguridad e Higiene.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores y planes de acción.
  • Coordinar servicios y proveedores del área, trabajando en conjunto con Operaciones, Mantenimiento, RR. HH. y otras áreas.

Requisitos

  • Formación como Técnico/a en Seguridad e Higiene, con matrícula profesional vigente.
  • Experiencia previa de 1 a 2 años, preferentemente en Seguridad e Higiene, Prevención de Riesgos o áreas relacionadas.
  • Manejo de herramientas de Office y Excel.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas en tiendas.
