Nos encontramos en búsqueda de nuestro/a próximo/a Practicante para el área de Procesos de Starbucks quien debe apoyar en el levantamiento, análisis y documentación de procesos, identificando oportunidades de mejora y brechas operacionales que contribuyan a optimizar la eficiencia del área. El foco inicial será comprender los procesos actuales y generar una base que permita desarrollar futuras iniciativas de mejora continua.

🌟 Responsabilidades:

  • Levantar y documentar procesos y flujos de trabajo del área.
  • Identificar brechas, ineficiencias y oportunidades de mejora en los procesos actuales.
  • Elaborar mapas de procesos y diagramas de flujo.
  • Recopilar y analizar información para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
  • Proponer mejoras orientadas a la estandarización y optimización de procesos.
  • Apoyar en la documentación de procedimientos y generación de reportes.
  • Trabajar de manera colaborativa con las distintas áreas involucradas para comprender el funcionamiento de los procesos.

Requisitos

  • Manejo de Excel y herramientas de diagramación de procesos
