En Alsea buscamos a nuestro próximo Jefe(a) de Cultura & Comunicaciones para nuestra marca Domino's Pizza.

Tu principal desafío será impulsar la transformación cultural de la marca, fortaleciendo el compromiso de los equipos y desarrollando estrategias de cultura, comunicación interna y experiencia del colaborador que acompañen el crecimiento y evolución del negocio.

🌟 Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar la estrategia de Cultura y Comunicaciones Internas para Domino's Pizza.
  • Diseñar e implementar iniciativas que fortalezcan el compromiso y la experiencia de los colaboradores.
  • Impulsar programas de reconocimiento, cultura y propuesta de valor al colaborador.
  • Acompañar a líderes y equipos en procesos de transformación cultural y gestión del cambio.
  • Desarrollar planes de comunicación que promuevan una cultura cercana, consistente y alineada a los objetivos del negocio.
  • Coordinar y ejecutar programas, campañas y actividades relacionadas con cultura, engagement y reconocimiento.
  • Monitorear indicadores de experiencia y engagement, generando acciones que contribuyan al desarrollo de la organización.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Psicología, Comunicación Social, Periodismo, Administración, Recursos Humanos o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas de Cultura Organizacional, Employee Experience, Comunicaciones Internas o Desarrollo Organizacional.
  • Experiencia acompañando procesos de transformación cultural y gestión del cambio.
  • Capacidad para influir y movilizar stakeholders en distintos niveles de la organización.
  • Experiencia gestionando proyectos transversales y trabajando con indicadores de clima, engagement o experiencia de colaboradores.
  • Deseable manejo de inglés.
