Nos encontramos en búsqueda de nuestro/a próximo/a Gerente de Distrito de Starbucks quien lidera un portafolio diverso de tiendas, asumiendo la responsabilidad integral del desempeño del negocio, con accountability sobre resultados financieros, experiencia de cliente, excelencia operacional y desarrollo de los líderes de tienda. Actúa como un líder estratégico que interpreta el negocio de manera continua, toma decisiones basadas en data y prioriza con foco a nivel distrito, movilizando los resultados a través de la evaluación del desempeño, la resolución efectiva de problemas y el coaching. En su rol de líder de cambio, desarrolla capacidades organizacionales, potencia el talento y lidera con el ejemplo, modelando comportamientos alineados con la misión y valores de Starbucks, para asegurar una ejecución consistente, resultados sostenibles y el crecimiento del negocio en el largo plazo.

🌟 Responsabilidades:

-Planificar, priorizar, comunicar y delegar al gerente de tienda las acciones claves (cliente, partner y negocio).

-Desarrollar capacidades y estándares operativos y de liderazgo a los equipos de gerencia de tiendas del distrito.

-Desarrollar estrategias a nivel de distrito para alcanzar los objetivos financieros, operativos y de portafolio, a la vez que ofrece la experiencia Starbucks.

-Mantiene una rutina de observación (Ciclo de visitas) y visión del negocio para identificar tendencias y tomar medidas con el fin de mejorar los resultados del portafolio.

-Gestiona y moviliza el plan de negocio comercial y operativo (Venta avanzada, Campaña de Marketing, LSM (Local Store marketing)). Que permita movilizar correctamente los estándares, los objetivos y las prioridades de Starbucks de su portafolio.

Requisitos

  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería comercial, Administración de empresa o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en retail, consumo masivo o industrias de servicio.
  • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en la dirección de tiendas.
  • Herramientas de gestión financiera (Manejo y análisis P&l)
  • Manejo avanzado de Paquete Office.
