Tu principal desafio será diseñar y ejecutar planes de gestión para las tiendas asignadas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, servicio, así como el logro de los indicadores de negocio, ventas y rentabilidad.

📍Cali, Colombia.

🌟 Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar y acompañar a los Gerentes de Tienda de su distrito, promoviendo una cultura de alto desempeño y desarrollo continuo.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos, de calidad, servicio y seguridad alimentaria establecidos por la marca.
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales para alcanzar las metas de ventas y rentabilidad de las tiendas a cargo.
  • Gestionar y monitorear los principales indicadores de negocio: ventas, costos laborales, gastos operativos, EBITDA, experiencia de cliente y rotación de personal.
  • Realizar visitas periódicas a las tiendas para evaluar la ejecución operativa y detectar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Liderar procesos de desarrollo, capacitación y retroalimentación del equipo gerencial de las tiendas.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Administración Hotelera y Turística, Gastronomía, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 4 años liderando operaciones en restaurantes, retail, consumo masivo o cadenas de servicio con equipos de trabajo a cargo.
  • Experiencia como Gerente de Tienda, Gerente de Local, Jefe de Local o posiciones similares.
  • Deseable experiencia gestionando múltiples unidades de negocio de forma simultánea.
  • Gestión de KPI y análisis de indicadores de negocio.
  • Planificación estratégica y control operacional.
  • Administración de costos y control de gastos.
  • Excel y herramientas de Office (incluyendo tablas dinámicas).
  • Gestión y desarrollo de personas.
