Buscamos um(a) Analista de Marketing Sênior com perfil estratégico, analítico e altamente organizado para atuar em uma grande empresa (cliente confidencial). Este profissional terá autonomia para conduzir projetos de ponta a ponta, desde o planejamento estratégico até a execução operacional, liderando a interface com áreas internas, fornecedores e agências parceiras, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos e a qualidade das entregas.

Principais Responsabilidades

Gerenciar o andamento de projetos e garantir as entregas da área de Marketing;

Participar ativamente de reuniões estratégicas com a Liderança, Comercial, Vendas e agências;

Planejar, executar e monitorar campanhas de e-mail marketing, SMS, lançamentos imobiliários e campanhas institucionais;

Controlar o orçamento da área (budget), realizando a gestão financeira, negociações e aprovações de fornecedores;

Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), funil de vendas, metas comerciais e tendências de mercado;

Produzir e validar briefings para campanhas e garantir a consistência da identidade da marca;

Coordenar eventos, ações de PDV, materiais gráficos, mídia online/offline e comunicação visual de stands;

Estruturar, revisar e otimizar processos internos da área.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Ensino Superior completo em Marketing, Administração, Publicidade e Propaganda, Relações Públicas ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência consolidada e comprovada na área de Marketing (planejamento e execução);

Experiência com gestão de orçamento (budget), controle de fornecedores e agências;

Domínio na definição e análise de indicadores de performance (KPIs), planejamento estratégico e análise de resultados;

Conhecimentos avançados no Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel;

Domínio de ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI);

Competências Comportamentais Exigidas: Visão estratégica, perfil altamente analítico, excelente capacidade de planejamento, forte autonomia, habilidade de negociação e foco em resultados.

Requisitos Imprescindíveis

Experiência prévia ou vivência no mercado imobiliário se faz necessário.
