A Via Mais Parking está contratando Líder de Garagem para atuar na operação de estacionamento do Hospital M'Boi Mirim, em São Paulo/SP.

Buscamos um profissional com experiência em liderança de equipe, rotina operacional, atendimento ao cliente e organização do fluxo de veículos, com postura responsável e capacidade para conduzir a operação no dia a dia.

SUA MISSÃO NO DIA A DIA

Como Líder de Garagem, você será responsável por:

  • Coordenar a equipe de orientadores, operadores, manobristas e/ou atendentes;
  • Organizar o fluxo de entrada, saída e circulação de veículos;
  • Acompanhar a ocupação das vagas e orientar a equipe durante a operação;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos e normas de segurança;
  • Apoiar o controle de caixa, fechamento e conferência de valores, quando necessário;
  • Atender clientes e solucionar dúvidas, reclamações e situações operacionais;
  • Treinar, orientar e acompanhar o desempenho da equipe;
  • Reportar ocorrências, necessidades de manutenção e problemas operacionais à supervisão;
  • Apoiar na organização da escala, presença e rotina diária da unidade.

O QUE BUSCAMOS

  • Experiência anterior em liderança de equipe;
  • Vivência em operação de estacionamento, garagem, pátio, logística, portaria, segurança, atendimento ou áreas similares;
  • Boa comunicação;
  • Organização e responsabilidade;
  • Facilidade para conduzir equipes e lidar com clientes;
  • Perfil prático, proativo e com capacidade para resolver situações operacionais.

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência anterior com liderança;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial;
  • Fácil acesso à região do M'Boi Mirim – São Paulo/SP.

SERÁ UM DIFERENCIAL

  • Experiência como líder, encarregado, supervisor operacional ou responsável de turno;
  • Experiência anterior em operações de estacionamento ou garagem;
  • Conhecimento em controle de caixa, relatórios operacionais ou indicadores;
  • Experiência com gestão de conflitos e treinamento de equipe.
