Du sorgst im Hintergrund dafür, dass der operative Alltag reibungslos funktioniert. Als Assistenz der Betriebsleitung unterstützt du sowohl im administrativen Tagesgeschäft als auch bei organisatorischen und personalbezogenen Themen.

Du bist keine klassische Büroassistenz. Ein großer Teil deiner Arbeit findet direkt im Betrieb statt. Du unterstützt die Betriebsleitung im Tagesgeschäft, sorgst für Struktur bei administrativen Abläufen, kümmerst dich um Kassen- und Abrechnungsthemen und unterstützt bei personalbezogenen Prozessen. Dabei bist du nah am Team, kennst die Abläufe auf der Fläche und trägst dazu bei, dass der Betrieb im Hintergrund genauso gut funktioniert wie vor den Augen unserer Gäste.

Tätigkeitsbereich

  • Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bei organisatorischen Themen
  • Verantwortung für Kassenabrechnungen, Geldbestände und die tägliche Kontrolle relevanter Abrechnungsprozesse
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Abläufen rund um den Restaurantbetrieb
  • Mitarbeit bei personalbezogenen Themen, z. B. Einholen von Unterlagen und Unterschriften sowie Unterstützung bei On- und Offboarding-Prozessen
  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung organisatorischer Aufgaben zwischen Betriebsleitung, HR und den operativen Teams
  • Pflege und Verwaltung betrieblicher Unterlagen, Dokumentationen und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei Kommunikations- und Organisationsprozessen
  • Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei administrativen Fragestellungen im Tagesgeschäft

Anforderungsprofil

  • Idealerweise eine Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder Veranstaltungsbranche (z. B. Hotelfach, Restaurantfach, Veranstaltungskaufleute o. Ä.)
  • Freude daran, nah am operativen Geschehen zu arbeiten und den Restaurantalltag aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer und vertrauensvoller Umgang mit Zahlen, Kassenabrechnungen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Verständnis für die Abläufe eines gastronomischen Betriebs und die Anforderungen eines dynamischen Arbeitsumfelds
  • Freundliches Auftreten sowie ein professioneller Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst mit an, wo Unterstützung gebraucht wird, und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
