Der Rahmen: Der neue Alsterpavillon ist mehr als ein Gastronomiebetrieb – er ist ein Neuanfang mit Geschichte und Zukunft im Herzen von Hamburg. Dich erwartet ein lebendiger Betrieb mit hoher Gästezahl, in dem klare Abläufe und ein funktionierendes Team die Grundlage für konstant guten Service bilden.

Tätigkeitsbereich

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines festen Rangs/Stationsbereichs im Restaurant
  • Fachkundige Beratung der Gäste zu Speisen- und Getränkeangebot, insbesondere fundierte Empfehlungen zu Wein und Getränken
  • Stilvoller und professioneller Gästeservice – vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Unterstützung der Servicekräfte am eigenen Rang
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung des Stationsbereichs (Mise en Place)
  • Abrechnung der Station über das Kassensystem
  • Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Service- und Hygienestandards
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Küche, Bar und dem übrigen Serviceteam

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Restaurantfachmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im gehobenen Restaurantservice, idealerweise bereits als Chef de Rang
  • Fundierte Getränke- und idealerweise Weinkenntnisse
  • Sicheres, freundliches Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
  • Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft
