About the Role

As an eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels to drive revenue growth and improve overall performance. You will oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations, execute growth initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This role is suited for professionals who are data-driven, organized, and comfortable owning revenue performance across digital sales channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms and online sales channels • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth • Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and external partners • Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior • Implement strategies to improve revenue, traffic, and retention • Ensure accurate reporting and performance tracking • Maintain documentation and processes related to eCommerce operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or online sales management • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and tools • Experience managing online revenue and performance metrics • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
