Description du poste

Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

- Analyse des sollicitations utilisateurs (via boîte fonctionnelle dédiée ou tout autre canal inscrit dans le process VCO)

- Création JIRA associée et gestion de celle-ci jusque résolution

- Résolution directe ou re-direction vers l’entité attitrée selon résultats de l’analyse (selon le cas : 1/rappel processus et bonnes pratiques ou 2/correction directe ou 3/ analyse renforcée avec les équipes IT ou fonctionnelles en déclenchant toutes réunions nécessaires pour résolution de fond)

Si sujet nécessitant évolutions d’une fonctionnalité ( process Logistique Distribution), travail avec les équipes multi-compétentes pour faire évoluer l’outil ou le processus Logistique concerné

- Rédaction de scénarios de tests et exécution pour la livraison des évolutions

- Tenue à jour des indicateurs et processus (le cas échéant)

- Rituels avec les business owners ou équipes IT (ICT)

Qualifications

Profil : Bac+5

Expérience : 3 à 5ans

Expérience confirmée en support applicatif, AMOA, gestion d’équipe ou pilotage opérationnel.

Compétences :

Connaissances en Supply Chain / Grands principes de distribution automobile

- Support et relation client

- Compétences en UAT

- Capacités d’analyse

- Pédagogie

- Capacité d’animation, force de proposition, travail en équipe

- Esprit de synthèse

- Réactivité

- Pratique de l’anglais (autonome)

- Environnement IT

- Excel poussé dont VBA, JIRA, environnement Office
