Description du poste

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un Tech Lead Java/angular.

Vous intégrez une équipe ALTEN dédiée au développement logiciel applicatif dans l’industrie aéronautique. Vous contribuerez à des projets technologiques critiques, où la qualité, la fiabilité et l’innovation sont au cœur des enjeux. Un environnement exigeant, mais passionnant, où chaque ligne de code a un impact concret sur des solutions industrielles de pointe.

Contexte du projet

Vous interviendrez sur des applications métiers stratégiques liées à la gestion de flottes, à la logistique ou aux systèmes embarqués, dans un environnement où la sécurité et la fiabilité sont primordiales.

Une habilitation spécifique sera requise pour accéder aux projets

Les processus de développement sont encadrés par des normes strictes, propres aux secteurs sensibles.

Missions principales

En tant que Tech Lead Java/ angular, vous serez responsable de :

  • Piloter l’analyse technique des besoins et des évolutions applicatives dans un contexte industriel exigeant.
  • Développer et maintenir des applications critiques en Java/angular, avec un focus sur la stabilité et la performance.
  • Garantir la qualité du code via des code reviews et la validation des merge requests.
  • Former et accompagner les nouveaux membres de l’équipe (mentorat, partage de bonnes pratiques).
  • Assurer une veille technologique active pour proposer des améliorations continues.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (ingénierie, qualité, sécurité) dans un cadre international et sécurisé (l'anglais est un plus).

Qualifications

Votre profil

  • Formation : Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) en informatique.
  • Expérience : Minimum 5 ans en développement Java/angular, avec une sensibilité aux enjeux de sécurité et de confidentialité.
  • Compétences techniques :Maîtrise des frameworks JAVA (Spring, Hibernate) et Angular. Expérience en maintenance applicative et en méthodologies Agile/DevOps. Connaissance des bonnes pratiques de sécurité (un plus).
  • Qualités personnelles :Rigueur et discrétion : Capacité à travailler dans un environnement soumis à des règles strictes. Leadership et sens de l’engagement.
  • Langues : Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais (écrit et oral).
  • Habilitation : Acceptation de suivre les démarches nécessaires pour obtenir l’habilitation requise.
