Job Description

Dans le cadre d’une activité en croissance, nous renforçons notre équipe rennaise. Véritable Business Partner, vous travaillez en binôme avec les Business Managers sur le recrutement de nos futurs Ingénieurs et vous êtes leur expert du recrutement. Ainsi, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Recueil et analyse des besoins auprès des Business Managers ;
  • Rédaction et diffusion d’offres attractives ;
  • Identification des candidats ingénieurs sur les jobboards et réseaux sociaux, et développement de nouveaux moyens de sourcing ;
  • Qualification des candidats ingénieurs (valorisation des environnements projets, évaluation RH) et planification des entretiens ;
  • Suivi et animation de vos candidats depuis leur identification jusqu'à leur signature de contrat ;
  • Analyse et reporting de votre activité et suivi de vos KPI ;
  • Participation à des réunions opérationnelles ;
  • Contribuer aux évènements RH internes et externes (relations écoles, forum, journée d'intégration...).

Qualifications

Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 Ecole de Commerce ou une spécialisation RH, vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience en recrutement sur des profils techniques ou dans la fonction commerciale.

Excellent communicant, vous avez un réel sens de l’organisation, des priorités, et êtes extrêmement réactif pour intervenir sur un marché concurrentiel et mener plusieurs projets de front. Vous avez un goût du challenge prononcé et un bon esprit d’équipe.

Vous faîtes preuve d’un excellent sens de l’écoute ainsi que de très bonnes capacités d’analyse.

Poste à pourvoir dans une équipe dynamique avec excellente ambiance et avec de réelles possibilités d’évolutions de carrières dans le groupe.

Rattaché(e) à la Manager Recrutement du périmètre, vous bénéficierez d’un véritable parcours d’intégration et de formation, comprenant si nécessaire une sensibilisation aux enjeux et aux métiers de l’ingénierie.
