Description du poste

Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  1. Analyse des écarts entre l’outil de pointage et SAP :

Analyse des écarts de coûts :

Identifier les écarts entre les coûts enregistrés dans l’outil de pointage et ceux de SAP.

Analyser les causes de ces écarts et faire les actions correctives pour réconcilier les deux systèmes.

Analyse des écarts de production :

Analyser les écarts liés aux jours de production entre l’outil de pointage et SAP.

Identifier les divergences en termes de nombre de jours de travail reportés et ajuster les données pour assurer la cohérence des informations entre les deux systèmes.

  1. Traitement des anomalies dans l’outil de pointage
  2. Gestion des demandes de modification des comptes rendu d’activités :

Traiter les demandes de modification liées aux pointages des consultants dans l'outil Smart,

Qualifications

Profil : Bac+5 en Gestion, Finance, ou contrôle de gestion

Expérience : 1 à 2 ans d'expérience

Compétences :

  • Français oral et écrit
  • Anglais oral et écrit
  • Fiabilité et Réactivité
  • Parfaite maitrise d’Excel
  • Maitrise de la comptabilité générale et analytique
  • Maîtrise des outils de la finance et du contrôle de gestion
  • Analyse des écarts – connaissance du compte de résultats
  • Rigueur
  • Avoir de très bonnes capacités relationnelles
  • Sens du service client
  • Savoir travailler en équipe
  • Curiosité et capacité de s’adapter rapidement à la structure
  • Autonomie et force de proposition dans le cadre de l’amélioration continue de l’existant (tableau de bord, KPI, process)
