Fos-sur-Mer (13) – CDI

ALTRAD ENDEL et plus particulièrement son pôle Service à l’Industrie, recrute un soudeur pour rejoindre ses équipes à Rognac.

Directement rattaché au Chef de chantier Bacs, vous serez en charge de la réalisation en atelier ou sur chantier des soudures par différents procédés (TIG, l'électrode enrobée, semi-automatique…) et suivant les modes opératoires de soudage (métaux d'apport, positions…) adéquats.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Prendre connaissance des éléments sur lesquels vous devez intervenir : contraintes auxquelles sont soumis les équipements (température, pression, efforts mécaniques…), métaux qui les constituent, préparation des soudures…
  • Préparer et vérifier votre matériel (poste à souder, manomètre, faisceaux, torche ou pince arc), contrôlez votre étalonnage et vous vous assurez de la validité de vos qualifications utilisées.
  • Effectuer les soudures prévues en respectant le procédé établi : préparation des pièces, conditions de propreté, préchauffage, exécution des passes, décalaminage, contrôles entre passes
  • Assurer le respect des paramètres avec les documents de soudage et contrôler visuellement l’état des soudures réalisées.
  • Remplir et signer des fiches techniques d'intervention (dossier de maintenance de l'installation)

Votre profil

  • Formation type CAP, BAC Pro Technicien en Chaudronnerie Industrielle (TCI) ou équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum aux fonctions de soudeurs
  • Qualification spécifique pour le travail des métaux : inox, aluminium, cuivre…
