Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als Systemadministrator mit und möchtest deine Expertise in einem wachsenden E-Commerce-Unternehmen einbringen?

Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns in Vollzeit (40-Stunden-Woche) vor Ort in unserem Rechenzentrum im Raum Gotha/Eisenach. Die Stelle ist unbefristet und ausschließlich vor Ort zu besetzen. An gewissen Tagen ist auch HomeOffice möglich.

Als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Administration unserer Linux-Server, betreust unsere Virtualisierungsumgebungen (VMware ESXi, AWS), verantwortest das Konfigurationsmanagement mit Puppet und sorgst mit Monitoring, Netzwerkbetreuung und Backups für einen stabilen Betrieb unseres Rechenzentrums.

Deine täglichen Aufgaben

  • Inbetriebnahme neu beschaffter Server-Hardware, von der Montage und Verkabelung im Rack über die Betriebssysteminstallation bis zur Provisionierung
  • Systemadministration unserer Linux-Server (u. a. Red Hat, Ubuntu) im Rechenzentrum
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Virtualisierungsumgebungen (Proxmox, VMware ESXi, AWS)
  • Konfigurationsmanagement mit Puppet für Production-, Staging- und Testumgebungen
  • Monitoring unserer Plattformen (z. B. Nagios/CheckMk)
  • Administration diverser Serversysteme (Redis, RabbitMQ, Solr-Cloud, ELK und mehr)
  • Administration von Datenbanken, insbesondere MySQL bzw. Percona
  • Administration und Konfiguration unseres lokalen Netzwerks (WAN/LAN und WLAN) im Rechenzentrum
  • Aktualisierung unserer lokalen und Online-Infrastruktur (OS, GitLab, Jira, Confluence u. a.)
  • Einrichtung und Überwachung der lokalen und Online-Backups unserer Server

Was wir von dir erwarten

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Systemadministrator, idealerweise im Rechenzentrumsumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Webserver, vorzugsweise Apache oder Nginx
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Red Hat und Ubuntu oder einer anderen gängigen Linux-Distribution
  • Erfahrung mit Proxmox, VMware ESXi und/oder AWS von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerke (Router, Switche, Firewalls, Loadblancer, WAN/LAN und WLAN)
  • Erfahrung in der Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Server-Hardware (Rack-Montage, Verkabelung) von Vorteil
  • Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken sowie eine sehr sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, die Position vor Ort in unserem Rechenzentrum im Raum Gotha/Eisenach auszuüben
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) oder sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
