Als Sales Manager (m/w/d) für KAGUMA.com baust du unser Händlernetzwerk aktiv aus. Du identifizierst neue Potenziale, führst Gespräche mit interessierten Partnern und überzeugst sie von den Vorteilen unserer Lösung. Mit deiner Energie, deinem Verkaufstalent und deinem Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse entwickelst du nachhaltige Partnerschaften und unterstützt das Wachstum von KAGUMA.com – einem zentralen Marktplatz der ALZURA AG. Dabei wirst du Teil eines ausgewählten Teams, das mit Leidenschaft daran arbeitet, KAGUMA.com auf das nächste Level zu heben.

Deine täglichen Aufgaben

  • Erschließung neuer Potenziale durch aktive Neukundengewinnung für unsere Produkte sowie Führen von Beratungsgesprächen bei Neu- und Bestandskunden
  • Präsentation der optimalen Nutzung unserer Produkte
  • Entwicklung unserer Bestandskunden durch umfassende Cross- und Up-Selling-Maßnahmen
  • Kündigungsbearbeitung und Rückgewinnung
  • Dokumentation der Kundengespräche in unserem CRM System
  • Prüfung des Bestellverhaltens und des Umsatzes
  • Aufnahme der Anforderungen und Wünsche der Kunden und dadurch Identifizierung neuer Marktanforderungen und Trends

Was wir von dir erwarten

  • Du hast Freude daran, Kunden kompetent zu beraten und mit einem ausgezeichneten Service zu begeistern.
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice, Support oder in der Kundenberatung sammeln.
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und idealerweise auch gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Nice to have: Erste Berührungspunkte mit der Automotive-Branche sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss – wichtiger ist deine Motivation, dich in unsere Produkte und Prozesse einzuarbeiten.
