Als Scrum Master, Agile Coach oder Agility Master (m/w/d) hilfst du uns, diese Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln, Hindernisse zu beseitigen und den agilen Mindset im Team lebendig zu halten. Deine täglichen Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der IT Business Manager (Product Owner) und Teams im Tagesgeschäft
  • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Sprint-Ablaufs durch das Erkennen und Beseitigen von Hindernissen
  • Organisation und Moderation von Scrum-Meetings (z. B. Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospektiven)
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Release-Notes
  • Aktive Förderung der Teamentwicklung und Selbstorganisation
  • Sicherstellen von Transparenz und Kommunikation zwischen technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern
  • Dokumentation in Jira und Confluence
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der agilen Prozesse

Was wir von dir erwarten

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master (m/w/d), Agility Master (m/w/d), Agile Coach (m/w/d), Kanban Coach (m/w/d), IT-Projektmanager (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Gutes Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung und agile Praktiken wie Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI) und Build Automation
  • Interesse an Continuous Improvement, Agile Transformation und moderner Teamkultur
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du solltest in der Nähe von unserem Office in Siegelbach wohnen
  • Nice to have: Die Zertifizierung zum Scrum Master: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) oder Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Erfahrung als Softwareentwickler (m/w/d) Kenntnisse in Jira und Confluence
