Buscamos uma referência técnica sênior em arquitetura de sistemas financeiros para atuar lado a lado com clientes de grande porte do mercado financeiro. Você vai conectar negócio e engenharia: entender o cenário, desenhar a arquitetura das soluções e conduzir as decisões técnicas, com o apoio da liderança técnica da Finaya.

O que você vai fazer (Responsabilidades)

1. Arquitetura e visão de negócio (40%)

Mapear o cenário técnico e as prioridades de negócio e desenhar soluções junto com as áreas envolvidas. Traduzir necessidades de negócio em arquiteturas escaláveis, com fluxos end-to-end (APIs, microsserviços e integrações). Apoiar a priorização técnica, trazendo trade-offs claros para a tomada de decisão. 2. Governança e especificação técnica (35%)

Escrever e apresentar documentos de arquitetura em fóruns de Architecture Review Board (ARB). Especificar soluções e acompanhar processos de gestão de mudança (GMUD). Apoiar os times em implementações complexas e troubleshooting avançado, construindo PoCs quando fizer sentido. Promover boas práticas de engenharia (resiliência, segurança, microsserviços, mensageria, DDD) e aderência regulatória (BACEN, LGPD, PCI-DSS). 3. Integrações e ecossistema financeiro (25%)

Arquitetar integrações com SPB, Pix, Open Finance, arranjos de pagamento, adquirentes e conectores bancários. Alinhar prioridades e decisões técnicas com tech leads, gestores e lideranças executivas. Orientar tecnicamente os times de desenvolvimento.

Experiência sólida com arquitetura de sistemas financeiros, de preferência em instituições financeiras, bancos ou fintechs. Vivência em ecossistemas como BaaS, CaaS, Pix, Crédito, Core Banking, SPB ou meios de pagamento. Domínio de microsserviços, APIs (REST, OAuth2, JWT), mensageria assíncrona (Kafka/RabbitMQ) e segurança em transações financeiras. Experiência com backend em Java e/ou .NET. Experiência com governança de arquitetura: documentação de decisões, ARB, GMUD. Comunicação articulada, transitando entre conversas executivas e discussões técnicas profundas.

Diferenciais

Event Sourcing, DDD, CQRS e Arquitetura Hexagonal em plataformas financeiras de alta escala. PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server e estratégias de cache (Redis). Docker, Kubernetes e pipelines de CI/CD. Experiência conduzindo transformação técnica em ambientes de grande porte. Familiaridade com arquitetura de aplicações mobile.
