The posting

Expert in Sales and Distribution/Transportation Management.

We are seeking an experienced hands-on SAP S4/Hana Consultant specializing in Logistics Sales and Distribution with Transportation Management knowledge Modules. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP logistics solutions in complex environments. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, and proven support experience.

The project involves clients in the Americas: US, Canada, Mexico and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support SAP S4/Hana Sales and Distribution, and Transportation Management integration. Create and define Functional Specification Documents, and Functional Unit Testing. Proper knowledge of SAP Best Practices or Scope items in S/4Hana Public and Private Editions. Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for logistics-related business processes. Lead and participate in SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Deliver user training and empower teams to maximize SAP capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with logistics modules, such as FI, CO, MM, PP, QM, SCM, MM-IM, EWM. Maintain standardized documentation and processes to ensure compliance with customers’ standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

7+ years of experience in SAP S4/Hana Private Editions and/or 3+ years of experience in S/4 Hana Public Editions in Sales and Transportation Management. Certification on S/4 Hana Public or Private Edition. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written). Strong support experience using different ticketing tools and IRT, and SLA. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and training abilities, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within teams. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

ABAP Knowledge (debugging and programing). CX (Commerce Cloud) Sales Cloud (Customer Service) SAP AI Knowledge.
