The posting

Operations is at the heart of Amazon’s customer experience and differentiation. Our ambition is to be the earth’s most customer-centric business and set the industry standard for customer innovation and experience. The Process Excellence (PEx) team (previously Country ACES) is responsible for driving standardization and continuous improvement efforts in Amazon Logistics (AMZL), the last mile operation in a customer's click-to-delivery journey. We work backwards from the customer and define new innovative solutions that raise the bar on customer experience and speed whilst constantly lowering our cost of fulfillment and supporting our continued high growth.

Key job responsibilities - The RPEM is the PEx business partner for Operational General Managers and/or Senior Regional Managers and will manage a team of Station ACES Managers (SAMs) and Field Quality Associates (FQAs) across the region of operations. You will use your leadership experience to manage multiple layers of leaders on a wide variety of projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will regularly interface with senior leaders across the network in various cross-functional teams to agree, prioritize, plan and coordinate the PEx roadmap, making trade-offs between opportunity and resources. You are expected to be on-site in and travel to visit your team across the region. - The RPEM is expected to provide deep expertise in multiple functions, tool and process standards while having well settled management skills. You will be responsible for the country/region/area goals, accountable for long-term planning and strategic initiatives execution, and work in ambiguity in areas where the strategy is yet to be defined, creating long-term mechanisms to inspect results. Crucial for the role is to understand how to identify opportunities and make a true business impact, interacting and influencing other teams to ensure coordination of efforts and able to obtain buy-in as needed. - As a RPEM, you'll be at the forefront of making AMZL better - which means improving safety, productivity, quality, and experience. You will solve large scale, business critical problems through strategic projects/programs, conduct problem solving and ideation to define solutions that raise our bar, and ensure execution of projects to meet targets and timelines. You will drive operational excellence through reinforcing standard work / Lean processes, sponsoring continuous improvement/Kaizen projects (bottom up) and driving change management/audit initiatives (top down).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
