The posting

AWS Applied AI Solutions (AAIS) is building toward a future where every business innovates with Amazon AI teammates. To get there, we build AI solutions that improve human capabilities and transform entire business functions. We create end-to-end products that surprise and delight out-of-the-box, making complex things easy and hard things possible, with no cloud experience required. We start with customers who embrace the future and build bridges to meet the rest where they are. We pursue ambitious opportunities with conviction, and we are looking for builders who share that mindset.

We are AWS Agentic Workspaces Applications, a part of AWS Applied AI Solutions. We are creating a world in which our Customers’ people, teams and AI collaborate from anywhere, on any technical stack, to create value for the world. Our product is a secure, managed environment that hosts and uses automation and agentic AI to increase the productivity and reduce cost of our Customers’ business workflows.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management, to build the next evolution of our Agentic Workspaces. You will own the vision and deliver the results that make agentic AI work for enterprise grade Customers.

You will own the entire AWS Agentic Workspace Applications portfolio, the success of its Customers and products. You will partner with our Engineering, Science and Customer Success teams to define the metrics that describe automation and agentic usage and efficiency, guiding Customers into the new era of business processes and ensuring our product delivers them measurable benefits. You will think about the CX of the Customer in all their personas (e.g. IT Administrator, Operator, Engineer, Builder, etc.). You will partner Customers to understand their needs and pains from legacy systems and workflows, and help them reinvent their business processes to deliver cost and time savings with improved data and visibility.

This role is for you if you want to be part of reinventing how companies work. You gain energy from shaping an industry. While you have a track record of delivering simple solutions for complex problems, you know that success requires a strong team and partnerships across multiple functions. You think both long-term and short-term about how our Customers will derive value, and enable your peers, Engineering and Go To Market teams to see and realize the profitable future. You bring clarity to ambiguity, and spot the need for innovation on behalf of our Customers. Your past experience spans across enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML in environments which require security and quality.

Why this role matters:

Entire industries will go through shifts from automation, AI and agentic business. Every organization will need to answer: how do we let people and AI succeed together in their work, with high quality and securely, at near infinite scale. You will be building the answer with our Customers and Teams. This is an opportunity to participate in defining this industry, shaping it to your needs and ambitions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
