You'll experiment with new possibilities, take smart risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our Accessibility and Localization programs within the Media Digital Supply Chain. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution for how Prime Video delivers accessible and localized content — including subtitles, dubbing, audio description, sign language, closed captions, and forced narratives — at global scale. You will set strategy, build mechanisms, and align senior stakeholders across content, product, technology, and operations. The successful candidate should have deep familiarity with Movie and TV content digital delivery standards, localization and accessibility specifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., accessibility mandates across regions), along with the ability to acquire new technology concepts quickly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Risk Management: Prioritize competing initiatives and allocate resources effectively, proactively identifying risks and opportunities and staying ahead of industry and regulatory trends.
