The posting

Are you energized by solving complex technical challenges that span multiple teams and systems? Do you thrive when turning ambiguity into clear plans and measurable outcomes? As a Technical Program Manager III at Amazon, you will own the lifecycle of cross-functional programs that drive meaningful impact across the organization. You will define program strategy, align business and engineering stakeholders, and deliver results at scale. This role puts you at the intersection of technology and business, where your ability to navigate complexity, make sound trade-offs, and communicate effectively will shape the direction of critical initiatives.

Key job responsibilities - Define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs, including setting objectives, establishing success criteria, and driving execution across multiple teams and organizations. - Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, negotiate trade-offs between time, effort, and features, and ensure alignment on program goals and technical direction. - Identify and mitigate risks proactively by analyzing data, reviewing metrics, and establishing mechanisms that provide visibility into program health and progress. - Drive improvements to development processes and system architectures by working with teams to reduce dependencies, eliminate bottlenecks, and streamline delivery workflows. - Author clear program narratives and communicate progress, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership, building consensus across teams with differing perspectives.

A day in the life You start by reviewing program metrics and status updates to identify emerging risks or blockers. Mid-morning, you facilitate a cross-team alignment meeting where engineering leads discuss architectural trade-offs and you help the group reach a clear decision. After lunch, you draft a program update narrative for senior leadership, distilling complex technical details into concise recommendations. Later, you connect with a partner team to scope an upcoming integration, mapping dependencies and defining milestones. Throughout, you balance strategic planning with hands-on problem solving.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
